No physical symptom from Turbo? (i.e. not worn, leaking oil, squealing etc), but vehicle in limp mode.?
It MAY be just a faulty Stepper motor only.
It is recommended to have the vehicle scanned for a Stepper / Actuator fault code.
Why replace the entire turbo if all you need is to replace the stepper?.
